Denzel was born about February 5, 2012 and weighs about 50 lbs. He is a cute little guy that came from another shelter because he wasn't moving fast enough and someone was going to have to die. Well, no problem, we can't let that happen in our own backyard so we took this nice boy in and no one dies here for space or time served so if he needs a little bit to find a home he is welcome to hang here as long as he needs. He's LOVING the others dogs! He loves playing with them and lounging with them. He quickly made a few 'bestest' friends. Denzel has been wonderful with all us humans and he's not one of those noisey beagle/hound kind of boys. He is just one great dog that will be here waiting for you when you are ready to find him.
Joyful Rescues has no funding except for our adoption fees and miscellaneous donations. Pet care and vet bills are expensive - you must be ready to take on this financial (as well as emotional) responsibility.
The Adoption Fee for this dog is $250.00.
Adoptions fees vary based on adoptability. In general our fees include spay/neuter, all age appropriate vaccines, Home Again micro-chipping & registration, a 4.5# bag of Science Diet food, worming & flea control - a 'complete' pet.
YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE TO ADOPT A DOG FROM JOYFUL RESCUES
Each Joyful Rescues pet has been thrown away at least once. Pets are not disposable just because your life has changed. Before you decide to bring a pet into your home, make absolutely sure that it will be a lifetime commitment. When our pets leave us we want them to go to their forever homes. By adopting a pet you are not only helping the pet you adopt, but also others in or needing to come into rescue.
