Betsy was born in 2008and is also affectionately known as 'Tank'. : ) She is a character. She comes when she is called, and loves to be pet. The only thing she asks is that you don't pet her belly, even if she gives you what looks like an invitation. She is a large kitty, but don't let that fool you. She races through the house like she owns it. She loves to sit in my windows to soak up the sun, and at night she likes to chase the moths. She is great with the dogs and other cats. She adores being brushed and is a very affectionate kitty. A cat can live 12-18+ years if cared for properly. Be sure you are able to care for it for its lifetime.
The average adoption fee for kittens is $85 up to six months old. Cats are $75, but may be higher or lower based on their adoptability. All kittens/cats come with a 3.5# bag of Science Diet and are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, wormed, Advantaged and tested negative for FIV/FELV.
Each Joyful Rescues pet has been thrown away at least once. Pets are not disposable just because your life has changed.
