Sinatra was born about October 21, 2003 and weighs about 8 lbs. (just a guess, if you need exact weight please let us know) He has the best personality! He came to us flea infested with a secondary bacterial infection, but now he has healthy skin and is growing a new coat of lush fur. Imagine this teeny, tiny, thing on it's own on the dark with an empty belly.He is one lucky boy to have not been killed. He is such a great little dog. He loves us humans more than he loves himself. His only want in life is to be as close to you as possible. He is housetrained,leash trained and LOVES car rides Sinatra may want to be the only dog, he seems to strive for all the attention on himself. We really can not say enough about this little guy he is going to make someone out there extremely happy.
UPDATE FROM THE FOSTER MOM:
Sinatra acts like a happy little puppy. He is eager to jump in your arms or cuddle in your lap. He creatively finds his way close to heart and manages to cheer you up with his ability to roll himself around like a baby in your arms. He is an amazing little dog. He is good about going outside to do his business and comes back to the door on his own. He has an unusual ability to sound like a human when he speaks. In fact, sometimes it sounds like he is speaking short phrases. Although, he takes some time to warm up to other dogs he seems to appreciate the companionship of other adult dogs. This little boy is waiting for his forever home. Whoever adopts Sinatra will be lucky to have found such a loyal , loving companion.
Joyful Rescues has no funding except for our adoption fees and miscellaneous donations. Pet care and vet bills are expensive - you must be ready to take on this financial (as well as emotional) responsibility.
The Adoption Fee for this dog is $275.00.
Adoptions fees vary based on adoptability. In general our fees include spay/neuter, all age appropriate vaccines, Home Again micro-chipping & registration, a 4.5# bag of Science Diet food, worming & flea control - a 'complete' pet.
Each Joyful Rescues pet has been thrown away at least once. Pets are not disposable just because your life has changed. Before you decide to bring a pet into your home, make absolutely sure that it will be a lifetime commitment. When our pets leave us we want them to go to their forever homes. By adopting a pet you are not only helping the pet you adopt, but also others in or needing to come into rescue.
