Stan the Man was born about August 20, 2011 and will probably weigh in the 55-60 lb. range when he fills out. He's a good boy, getting along with everyone just fine. He was found wandering in a nearby town and no one came looking for him. He's gorgeous and has a very medium coat perfect for running your fingers through and does he love it! You can just tell he is a boy dog by looking at him, he has that Fonzie kind of attitude, he's cool and he knows it! We will have to try to find him a leather jacket or at least a Harley scarf! He's been good on car rides and isn't a noisey kind of guy. He doesn't have to be noisy to get attention. He just sits pretty and gets the girls.
Joyful Rescues has no funding except for our adoption fees and miscellaneous donations. Pet care and vet bills are expensive - you must be ready to take on this financial (as well as emotional) responsibility.
The Adoption Fee for this dog is $250.00.
Adoptions fees vary based on adoptability. In general our fees include spay/neuter, all age appropriate vaccines, Home Again micro-chipping & registration, a 4.5# bag of Science Diet food, worming & flea control - a 'complete' pet.
YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE TO ADOPT A DOG FROM JOYFUL RESCUES
Each Joyful Rescues pet has been thrown away at least once. Pets are not disposable just because your life has changed. Before you decide to bring a pet into your home, make absolutely sure that it will be a lifetime commitment. When our pets leave us we want them to go to their forever homes.
