I'm Petite!
Lily was born about November 5, 2011 and is s very pretty, petite, grey and silver kitty with a splash of white under her throat, on her belly, and on the tips of her toes. She was brought in from out of the cold by a friend of one of our volunteers. She was most likely a drop off and is very happy to be inside where she is safe, warm and has a steady supply of food and water. Lily is very sweet and will follow you around the house. If she can't find you she will cry out like she is asking 'where are you?' until she finds you. She will keep y our lap warm and cuddle with you at night. She has a wonderful purr and loves to play with toys. She'd make you a wonderful companion.
A cat can live 12-18+ years if cared for properly. Be sure you are able to care for it for its lifetime.
The average adoption fee for kittens is $85 up to six months old. Cats are $75, but may be higher or lower based on their adoptability. All kittens/cats are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, wormed, treated for fleas and tested negative for FIV/FELV.
YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OF AGE TO ADOPT A CAT FROM JOYFUL RESCUES We keep our pet list as up-to-date as possible. As soon as a pet is adopted, it is removed from the list. If a pet is still showing, it is still available for adoption.
Each Joyful Rescues pet has been thrown away at least once. Pets are not disposable just because your life has changed. Before you decide to bring a pet into your home, make absolutely sure that it will be a lifetime commitment. When our pets leave us we want them to go to their forever homes. By adopting a pet you are not only helping the pet you adopt, but also others in or needing to come into rescue.
