I am the PERFECT Helper! Blair was born about January 17, 2012 and is a rather petite kitty. She is wonderful with dogs and other cats. She's a clean kitty and uses her litter box and did OK in the car getting here, but did meow. Actually, they said she likes to 'talk' and she does quite often - especially when she wants your attention. She's very loving, cuddles, rubs, purrs, and is extremely interactive like a dog would be. She is very fond of watching you do your daily tasks, encouraging you to hurry so you can pet her sooner! She even acts like a dog in other ways, such as playing chase with her toys and she will hide behind things and lunge out in front of you. She is a typical cat in the topic of curiosity - in that she excels! She has a ton of personality! She even tries to get in the treat bag on her own! Why do we have her? Well, a young lady took Blaire in from her sister and then she got a job in Buffalo and couldn't find affordable housing that would allow a cat. There was probably little effort made in this regard since she mentioned she also gave us a dog a year or so ago. Great, another repeat supplier. Some humans just don't understand these are living, feeling, creatures and cannot be disposed of like yesterday's newspaper when they are no longer convenient to have around. Blaire was around children in the 5-6 year range and she was very good. A cat can live 12-18+ years if cared for properly. Be sure you are able to care for it for its lifetime. The average adoption fee for kittens up to 12 months old is $85. Cats over 12 months old are $75, but may be higher or lower based on their adoptability. All kittens/cats are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, wormed, treated for fleas and tested negative for FIV/FELV.
